My Dawg Team Adventures

Hi I am Lisa the leader of the Dawg Pack, LOL, What a great group of girls we have in our group. We have become such wonderful friends, much more than just a group of women that check in to post our wares everyday. If I don't get to talk with them for a few minutes and see how they are doing I feel lost! We have our Quest Contests to challenge us to draw out of our box to try new things and see what we can come up with. They are so much fun this weeks has been "Dog Days of Summer" you just never know what our Topic might be! We have fun games and amazing conversations all the time. It is rare that it is dull on the DAWG Team Group Site. We have decided to each do a quilt square and put them together to make a wall hanging or quilt and auction it Donate all the Money to Breast Cancer Awareness. We love having fun and trying new things!

I have been blessed beyond measure in my life with my wonderful husband of 27 years we have been together since grade school. We have 3 beautiful children, Heather 24, Tabitha 21, Seth 16. and of course I have the most precious little "baby DOG" in the world Muffin!!

I love to Paint these wonderful Aceo's!! They are so much fun and what led me to starting our group! I paint everything I don't have just one thing I like to paint, I have too many things I like to paint! LOL

Hello Dawg Bloggers!
I'm Tammy Fleetwood Moody, a Dawg Team member from Southeast Missouri! I'm a jack of all trades & master of none that's been creating art since I was eight years old- so for a very long time now!
The Dawgs sniffed me out on Ebay! lol
So technically Ebay should post a
"Beware of the Dawgs"
sign on their site! lol
I sell paintings, ACEO cards & other jazz at Ebay in my little shop called Art-N-More!
You can visit me there by clicking on the following link!
This fall you'll see the return of Little Miss Witch & Kitty and other ACEO favorites!
Aside from Ebay, my art can be found on tshirts, mugs, hats, magnets, tote bags, dog bowls, & even travel mugs in my Cafe Press shop! You can visit me by clicking on the following link!

Flamenco Dancer: Ode to Maria is one of my best selling designs on Cafe press!

When I'm not busy at those two places, you'll find me creating Greeting Cards at Greeting Card Universe! I have thousands of designs available for almost every occasion! You can visit me by clicking on the following link!

Visit Me at Tam Moody's Cards!

Little Angel Birthday card for aunt! This is just one of many!

So if you get a chance to visit, by all means come and see me at one of those locations! I'd be happy to hear from you! So leave store feedback or comment on my items & I'll know you've been there! Thanks for stopping by!

Good Morning Everyone!  Happy to have you visit the women artists of Dawg team. We are a talented group of ladies that come together to discuss our art, lives, family and all manner of things. The support and love that we show each other, helps to keep our creativity flowing as our art is produced and promoted.

I am Sue Taylor Perez, an artist from Nebraska. I have 3 grown children, Heather 30, Meghan 27 and Sean 24, and 3 grandchildren Angel 5, Kohl 3 and Logan 1 1/2.  I recently aquired 5 more younger children when I married Ed in Feburary, who is 12 years younger than I am. My step children are Tyler 21, Zach 19, Cory 17, Katelynn 15 and Jacob 12 and the two older boys have added two more grandchildren Alexis 1 1/2 and Taten 9 months.  I am blessed to have been able to add teenagers to my life again, I am serious, I really like teenagers. They're so interesting. {although puzzleing at times}

Currently I only have one dog, a rescued, timid little Springer Spaniel, Gypsy. This is rather odd for me because I have at times had as many as 130 animals residing with me including; dogs, cats, horses, goats, calves, pigs, poultry, rabbits, parrots, ferrets, racoons, reptiles, fish and other small critters.  This is probably one reason that I enjoy painting animals in much of my art.  I have also had various jobs and unusual experiences in my lifetime, which could explain the wide assortment of subjects that I include in my work.  If it sounds like fun I'm usually up for trying something at least once!

My art work on line is mainly colored pencil drawings. I have displays in several galleries that include; oil paintings, acrylics, watercolor, pastels, pen & ink, pencil, collage, pottery and jewelry.  I love to try new mediums.  I teach classes and give pastel workshops. I am a member of the North Platte Art Guild where I have served as president since 2006. I am the director of our annual Nebraskaland Days Competiitive Art Show.

I sell mainly aceo cards online. What are aceo's? They are a miniature size work of art in any medium or subject, 2 1/2 by 3 1/2. It stands for 'Artists Cards, Originals and Editions'  There are several places on line that you can view and purchase my art. My user name on e bay is artistsuetaylor.
My user name on etsy is also artistsuetaylor and I recently started a jewelry shop there under suecorcoran [ my maiden name ]

Thank you for visiting my shops and for looking at my art. My joys of painting and drawing are multiplied in the sharing of my visions with others. A saying from Abraham Maslow states " A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write - if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself. What one can be, one must be. "  May you experience peace within yourself.

~Happy Birthday Dawg Blog~

Happy hello to you all! Seeing how I am still in the beginning post I thought I would post a Happy Birthday to all our Dawg Bloggers! I am so happy we have our own blog I sure hope more will join in! Having a shared blog is less upkeep than having one on your own.
So here is my post today!
"Keep it simple"
Is what my Husband tells me constantly!
I worked so hard on this design. Starting with the digitally painted legs, hand and neck. That alone took me three days to complete. Redefining her dress and all it's little creases took even more time..Not to mention the socks and little black patent leather shoes. Then there was all the embellishments that I added. The little diamonds placed on her shoes, brooch, necklace and sweet delicate bracelet were all custom to fit her sweet little body! lol Hard work "YES" it was but I always learn a little more each time. Patience it truly a virtue with this form of art. Then hubby steps in and says .....
"Why do you add all that clutter, I like it when it was just her and the Kitty!"

You Can find her

You will always catch me scurrying around here on the Fifth of every month!
Beware!
I am a colorful person so keep you blinders on.haha

Hello Everyone!

I do struggle to know what to post, even though most would say I'm never at a loss for words. I don't know most of you well, but because of the great wide expanse of internet we have the potential to become friends.
Let's just say I love art! I have always loved it, but because of circumstances in my life, it has only been in the last year that I've truly started creating to my hearts content.
I'm thankful that many here are serving God. Please note that I am also, but I am also one who wears no mask. That means every once in a while you might see my wicked side in my art or my extremely quirky sense of humor. I believe these are attributes God gave me and I used to hide them because some folks considered it ungodly, but I have learned over the years that what we think and what He thinks are different as night and day. Ok, enough of my philosophy. Onto my art.
I have two online shops and a face painting business right now. I am also a stay at home mom to two 14 year olds and a 3 year old. The rest of my children, ages 25,24,21,21,and 19 are all either married, getting married, or in college. I also have one grandchild. The three year old is mine, I had her when I was 41.
Right now my major focus is Domino Pendants, bottle cap jewelry, and aceo. I just started my Art Pendant Store on Ebay and I'm really sad to say that I am selling more there than Etsy, but not for the prices of what the items are worth. I am at least making some of my money back though which enables me to buy more supplies and that makes me very happy. Here are some pictures of my domino art.
Thanks so much for letting me participate in this group, I'm looking forward to getting to know many of you.

Meet Vickie

Vickie is a very talented artist who belongs to our DAWG Team. Vicki is an animal lover. Her work is especially beautiful. Her paintings & drawings give you more than just an image of the animal itself. They convey a feeling, a moment in time, a personality if you will of the beautiful creature.

At this point, Vickie doesn't have an Etsy store. She sells on Ebay. Unfortunately I don't know what the seller name is because just recently Vickie lost her Baby Cat after a serious illness. We hope soon to be able to have Vickie's Seller Link up so you can enjoy her wonderful art. Most of us have lost a pet and know what she's going through, please keep Vickie in your prayers.
