I Would Like to Welcome Maggie and Kate

There are a couple of new bloggers that I would like to introduce to you.  They have both just recently started their blogs.  They are both wonderful artist.

The first person I'd like to introduce to you is Maggie, you can find her blog here: Off My Rocker
This is what Maggie has to say about herself:
"I am an artist living in the Pacific Northwest. By starting this blog, I hope to connect with collectors of holiday art, and fellow artists with similar interests. Until recently I didn't have the time to create art simply for the joy of creating. Now that I've retired, I can enjoy spending as much time as I like on my art. My favorite new medium is paper mache."

Maggie is also my sister and has been a great inspiration to me in my art. Right now Maggie is really into making One of a Kind Paper Mache sculpted Santa's. I think they are fabulous and they are made with lots of love and quality workmanship. They will enhance anyone's Holiday decorating. Here is a wee peek at her work:

I believe she plans on selling these on Etsy in the near future. Pop over and visit her blog and say Hi.

The next person I'd like to introduce to you is Kate at: Jimmy the Sheep

Kate is new to blogland also, this is what she has to say about herself:

"I am from the Heart of Europe, the Czech republic. I lived there for 20 years. Met my husband at a christian camp, got married and then after a year together in the CZ we moved to the States. A whole new life, new culture... I have a lot to learn and get used to. But I am very blessed to have friends even here and also the capability of staying in touch with my family at home. Life is an adventure and I want to enjoy it!"

Here is a little peek at her work:

Please visit both of these fantastic artist and welcome them to Blogland.
