This beautiful apple was here for such a short time! Once the caramel was ready, she took a dip and then POOF, all gone.

I'm glad I was able to do a little portrait before she left.




Beach Dreams

I even hauled out the shell collection and made sure I had photos of them all. I actually got a little sand on my drafting table. It was quite nice.

Not Quite Ready...

The days are shorter and the kids are back to school. The nights are cooler and leaves are already falling off the oaks in my yard. I know what's coming but I am not quite ready for fall, just yet.
Just hanging on to the last blooms a little while longer.
